摘  要:目的评价IPS e.max Press铸瓷、Ceramage聚合瓷制作的高嵌体修复年轻恒牙后牙缺损的临床效果。方法选择35例患儿,一共48颗根管治疗后的第一磨牙,分别制作IPS e.max Press铸瓷高嵌体18个、Ceramage聚合瓷高嵌体30个,1年后评价修复效果。结果在修复体颜色、抗折性、耐磨性、牙龈反应方面,铸瓷高嵌体优于聚合瓷高嵌体(P<0.05),而在其他观察指标方面,两者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论选择高嵌体修复根管治疗后的年轻恒牙是一种可行的方案。在色泽匹配、修复体完整性及牙周健康方面,IPS e.max Press铸瓷高嵌体的临床效果优于Ceramage聚合瓷高嵌体。Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of IPS e.max Press onlays and Ceramage onlays in restoring endodontically treated young permanent teeth.Methods A total of 18 IPS e.max Press onlays and 30 Ceramage onlays were used to restore 48 endodontically treated first molars from 35 patients,respectively.All restorations were evaluated after one year.Results The IPS e.max Press onlays showed a significantly better performance in color matching,fracture resistance,attrition resistance,and gingival health than those made from the Ceramage onlays(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other indices(P>0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to restore the endodontically treated young permanent teeth with ceramic onlays.In terms of color matching,prosthesis integrity and periodontal health,the clinical performance of IPS e.max Press onlays is superior to that of Ceramage onlays.
