社会工作介入血液肿瘤患儿生命的实践:叙事治疗视角

摘　　要：血液肿瘤患儿罹患重病,不得不常年以医院为家,以药物为伴。尤其是学龄期孩子学业中断,忌讳谈起老师、同学,与老师、同学逐渐失去联系。患儿本身的性格、情绪、父母关系、亲子关系等都会发生微妙的变化。此时,他们是弱势群体,他们应该得到更多的关怀。主要从医务社工的角度,采用叙事治疗的技巧,剖析了三例血液肿瘤患儿或照顾者的生命故事,希冀倡导医疗场域内医务工作者对患者的人文关怀,以生命影响生命,让患儿在与病魔抗争的路上减少一分孤独,多一分陪伴。Children with hematologic tumors suffer from serious diseases,so they have to live in hospital and take drugs all the year round.Especially,the school-age children,which leads to their academic interruption,taboo about teachers and classmates,and gradually lose contact with teachers and classmates.Children’s personality,emotions,parental relationship,parent-child relationship and so on will take place subtle changes.At this time,they are the vulnerable groups,and they should get more care.From the perspective of medical social workers,using narrative therapy techniques,this study analyzed the life stories of three children with hematologic tumors or their caregivers,hoping to advocate the humanistic care of medical workers to patients in the medical field,and then influence life with life,so that make children less lonely and more accompanied on the way to fight against the disease.
