摘  要:目的通过对个例军医院校护理学员护患沟通能力的实践情况加以分析,评估军医院校护理学员与患者交流能力水平,以此建立适合于部队护理人才成长机制的方案。方法利用SEGUE量表对护理学员护患沟通技能进行测评,采用Epidata软件完善数据库建构,再采用SPSS软件对获取的数据信息进行统筹解析。结果在SEGUE量表五个维度中,得分相对较低的为维度三信息给予、维度五结束问诊,维度一前期准备工作和维度四理解患者情况,两方面得分相对较高。结论军医院校护理学员在与患者沟通时,仍缺乏技巧锻炼和有力引导,需要政府、院校、医院和社会共同努力,提高护生的沟通能力,改善护患关系。Objective To analyze the communication ability between nurses and patients of nursing students in a military medical university so as to understand the current situation of communication between nursing students in a military medical university and patients,and put forward some suggestions for the growth mechanism of military nursing talents.Methods The communication skills of nursing students were evaluated with SEGUE scale,epidata software was used to establish a complete database,and SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Results Among the five dimensions of the SEGUE scale,the ones with relatively low scores were dimension 3 for giving information,dimension 5 for ending the encounter.Scores were higher for dimension 1 Setting the stage and dimension 4 Understanding the patients􀆳perspective.Conclusion Nursing students of a military medical university still lack skill training and strong guidance when communicating with patients,which requires the joint efforts of the government,colleges,hospitals and the society to improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
