摘 要:近年来,甲状腺癌的发病率逐年上升,且呈现出明显的性别差异。针对分子标记物制订甲状腺癌个性化诊疗方案的研究热度日益升高,而其中研究得较多的分子标记物便是miRNA。miRNA在各类甲状腺癌的发生发展、病理特点、诊断及预后等方面都起到重要作用,故针对miRNA的研究可为各类甲状腺癌在诊疗过程中新方法的发现提供新的思路。同时,在生物体内与miRNA作用密切的LncRNA也可通过与miRNA的相互作用对各类甲状腺癌的病理过程产生影响。本文将对miRNA在甲状腺各诊治阶段中作用的研究进展进行综述。It is noteworthy that the incidence of thyroid cancer has increased year by year,showing a clear gender difference at the same time. Research on the development of individualized diagnosis and treatment for thyroid cancer with molecular markers is increasing,thereinto the most widely studied molecular markers are miRNAs. miRNA plays an important role in the development,pathological features,diagnosis and prognosis of various types of thyroid cancer. Therefore,research on miRNA can provide ideas for the discovery of new methods in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancers. What’s more,LncRNA,which acts closely with miRNAs in vivo,can also affect the pathological processes of thyroid cancers through interaction with miRNAs.
