摘  要:以中国2010~2017年475家创新型企业为样本,探索不同产品市场竞争条件下企业客户关系治理方式选择及对创新的影响。研究发现:①从结构维度看,企业给予客户商业信用有助于其技术创新能力提升;从过程维度看,企业对客户进行关系专用资产投资不利于其技术创新能力提升。②高市场地位企业不愿意进行客户关系治理,而在行业竞争程度高的企业则愿意进行客户关系治理。③行业竞争强度差异将会对高市场地位企业在关系治理方式选择产生影响。相对于高行业竞争程度企业,企业市场地位对低行业竞争程度的企业客户关系治理方式选择影响更大。Taking 475 innovative enterprises in China from 2010 to 2017 as a sample, this paper explores the choice of relationship governance and its impact on innovation under different product market competition conditions. Results show that, firstly, from the perspective of structure dimension, the enterprise gives customers a certain degree of commercial credit, which helps the enterprise to improve the technological innovation ability;from the process dimension, the enterprise’s relation-specific investment is harmful to the improvement of enterprise innovation ability. Secondly, it is found that enterprises with high market position are not inclined to conduct customer relationship governance, while enterprises with high industry competition degree are willing to conduct customer relationship governance. Thirdly, the difference in industry competition intensity will have an impact on the choice of relationship governance methods for high-market position enterprises. Compared with enterprises with low degree of competition in the industry, the market position of enterprises has a greater impact on the choice of corporate customer relationship governance methods with higher degree of competition in the industry.
