浅谈继续医学教育项目的管理现状及其对策

摘　　要：自改革开放以来,在党中央领导的全面展开医疗体制改革的社会环境下,新一轮卫生医疗体制改革推动着医疗福利传播进千家万户。我国自改革开放以来医疗卫生事业迅猛发展,医学学术研究突飞猛进,而随着医疗基础设施的不断增多,患者状况的复杂多变也对医师知识储备提出了新的要求,医师既需要接受专业的继续医学教育,也要在实践医学活动中革新自我。在我国卫生医疗事业革命性历史进程下,作为国家人才培养重要板块的继续医学教育项目,如何找准在国家教育体系中的精准定位,确立继续医学教育工程在我国医疗体系中的精准定位,未来将在继续医学教育管理工作上如何推陈出新,教育实践工作中如何裨补缺漏,是文章即将思考和探索的主要问题。Since the reform and opening up,the new round of health care system reform has promoted the spread of medical welfare to millions of households under the social environment of comprehensive medical system reform led by the Party Central Committee.In October 2007,the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly defined the four major systems of health care and built a new framework for future reform.In such a revolutionary historical process of health care,as an important part of national personnel training,how to find out the precise positioning of self in the national education system,how to establish the precise positioning of the continuing medical education project in the medical system of our country,how to weed out the old and bring forth the new in the management of continuing medical education in the future,such as in the educational practice work,etc.It is the main problem that this article will think about and explore that how to make up for the shortcomings.
