摘 要:目的对CP联合TBL教学应用于妇产科学临床实习教学中的价值进行研讨。方法随机将在中山大学第三医院附属粤东医院妇产科进行实习的40名实习生分为两组,对照组:实习生给常规妇产科学临床实习教学;观察组:实习生给予CP联合TBL教学方法,将两组结果进行对比分析。结果观察组实习生在学习积极性、主动性、动手能力、临床思维、分析能力、团队合作、沟通能力等课堂教学评价中,评价高于对照组实习生,观察组实习生在理论测试、临床技能操作等出科成绩高于对照组实习生各项出科成绩,两组实习生各项测量指标对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妇产科学临床实习教学来说,除常规教学外,CP联合TBL教学对妇产科临床实习生教学效果更好,在临床教学中有着更为显著作用,可以继续实施.Objective To discuss the value of CP and TBL in clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 40 interns in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the third affiliated hospital of sun yat-sen university were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology by interns.The observation group was given CP combined with TBL teaching method by interns.Results The observation group of interns in learning enthusiasm,initiative,manipulative ability and clinical thinking,analytical ability,teamwork,communication skills,such as classroom teaching evaluation,evaluation is higher than the control group interns,observation group of interns in the theory test,clinical skills operation and so on given scores higher than the control group interns each given scores,two groups of interns the measurement indicators compared significant difference,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,CP combined with TBL teaching,in addition to conventional teaching,has a better effect on clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology and plays a more significant role in clinical teaching,which can be continued to be implemented.
