养正消积胶囊对肝癌放疗患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨养正消积胶囊对肝癌放疗患者生存质量的影响。方法:80例肝癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例,对照组为单纯放疗组,治疗组为放疗+养正消积胶囊联合治疗。采用肝癌患者生命质量量表(QLQ-C30)和肝癌患者生命质量测定量表(QOL-LC)对肝癌放疗患者生存质量进行评测,对结果进行比较分析。结果:在QLQ-C30量表中,治疗组治疗后疲劳和食欲丧失两项指标优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。总健康状况指标与对照组治疗后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但其指标优于对照组治疗前(P<0.05)。在QOL-LC量表中,治疗组治疗后胃肠道不适指标优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05),肝区疼痛指标与对照组治疗后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养正消积胶囊可以改善肝癌放疗患者存在的疲劳、食欲丧失、胃肠道不适症状。Objective:To study the effect of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule on the quality of life of the patient with liver cancer by radiotherapy.Method:Eighty patients with liver cancer were randomized divided into the treat group and the control gtoup.Every group had 40 patients with liver cancer.The control group was treated with radiotherapy alone and the treatment group was treated with radiotherapy plus Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule.Used QLQ-C30 and QOL-LC to analyse the quality of life of the patient with liver cancer with radiotherapy.Result:In QLQ-C30 scale,fatigue and loss of appetite after treatment in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the total health status index and the control group after treatment(P>0.05),but its index was better than that before treatment(P<0.05).In QOL-LC scale,gastrointestinal discomfort index after treatment in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between liver pain index and control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule can improve symptoms of the fatigue,loss of appetite,gastrointestinal discomfort in patients with liver cancer by radiotherapy.
