摘  要:陕西泾惠渠灌区是我国著名的大型灌区之一。近年来,随着灌区内社会经济发展,用水量不断增加,对地下水的开采利用程度不断加大,导致地下水位不断下降,不断威胁灌区的水文生态安全。本文在前人研究的基础上,建立泾惠渠灌区生态安全评价体系,选取三个代表年1990、2005、2020年,运用层次分析法对灌区水文生态安全进行评价,为建设生态文明灌区提供决策依据。结果表明:水资源安全度和土壤环境安全度都是从1990年到2005年降低,到2020年又升高;居民发展安全度则不断升高。The Jinghuiqu Canal Irrigation District in Shaanxi,is one of the major grain-producing Canal Irrigation District.Recent years,with the socio-economic development of irrigation,water consumption is also increasing and continue to increase the degree of utilization of groundwater,leading to falling water tables,seriously affecting the production and living needs of the irrigation distric.Based on previous studies,,this paper established the ecological security evaluation system of Jinghui irrigation District,selected three representative years 1990,2005 and 2020,and used the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the hydrological ecological security of the irrigation area,so as to provide decision-making basis for the construction of ecological civilized irrigation area.The results showed that,both water resource security and soil environmental security decreased from 1990 to 2005 and increased again in 2020.the security degree of residents'development is rising.
