摘  要:基于功能安全的ECU开发理念已逐渐成为主流,但对于符合功能安全要求的ECU测试技术的研究还较少。参考ISO26262中汽车电子系统的开发和测试标准,阐述了符合功能安全要求的纯电动汽车整车控制器硬件在环测试方法。考虑整车控制器的功能和实际工作场景,以其关键功能模块为例进行了功能安全分析,确定了汽车安全完整性等级(ASIL)并提出了具体的安全需求,依照标准要求设计了对应的测试用例。基于dSPACE设备设计了整车控制器硬件在环测试方案,搭建了测试环境,并对某车型整车控制器进行了硬件在环测试。该方法以满足汽车控制器功能安全需求为目标,建立了系统的测试流程,可应用于对基于功能安全设计的ECU的测试验证。The development of ECU based on functional safety has gradually become the mainstream theory,however,the research on ECU test accordance with functional safety requirement is little.According to the development and test standard of automotive electronic system in ISO26262,expounds the method of hardware in the loop test in accordance with functional safety requirement for vehicle controller unit(VCU)of pure electric vehicles.Considered the functions and operation scenario of VCU,completes the functional safety analysis exampled with key functional modules.The ASIL is determined and the safety requirements are derived,then the test case is designed by the standard requirement.A VCU hardware-in-loop test scheme is designed based on dSPACE,and builds a test environment.With this platform,the HIL test is implemented for a VCU.This method aims to satisfy the functional safety requirements of VCU,set up a systematical test process.It can be applied to validation of ECU based on functional safety design.
