摘 要:盾构隧道本身具有多缝、多孔的特点,极易因为施工不当等原因造成渗漏。受盾构隧道结构属性的限制,渗漏水整治工作成为难点问题。本文针对盾构隧道渗漏水的原因进行分析,通过结构背后回填灌浆,将空腔水变成裂隙水,再分段分步施工作业,恢复管片接缝的密封胶系统,修复管片的缺陷;同时也考虑了通车后车辆对结构有一定的震动扰动和荷载扰动,选择合适的材料与工法,堵漏的同时进行加固,采取综合技术措施达到整治渗漏水的目的。Shield tunnel itself has the characteristics of multi-joint ami multi-hole.It is easy to cause leakage due to improper construction and other reasons.Limited hy the structural properties of shield tunnels,the treatment of leakage water has become a difficult problem.In this|ia|ier.the causes of leakage in shield tunnel were analyzed.Through backfilling grouting behind the structure,the cavity water was transformed into fissure water,the segmental and step-by-step construction was carried out to restore the sealing glue system of segment joints and repair the defects of segment.At the same time,considering the vibration disturbance and load disturbance of the structure caused by the vehicle after the opening of the vehicle,the appropriate material and construction method were selected,while the leakage was blocked,the reinforcement was carried out,and comprehensive technical measures were taken to achieve the purpose of regulating the leakage.
