摘 要:为丰富杉木综合资源利用手段,为林业循环经济提供一定的研究思路。采用超声波提取法,以杉木球果鳞片为原材料,多酚得率为指标,超声波功率、提取时间、液料比、提取温度、乙醇浓度为影响因子,并利用响应面法设计实验方案,对其工艺参数进一步优化。理论实验预测的工艺参数为:提取时间15.005 min,提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度56.239%,液料比100:1,超声功率100 W,实测多酚提取量为(63.24±5.85)mg/g。最终决定工艺参数为:提取时间15 min,液料比为100:1,乙醇浓度为60%,提取温度为60℃,多酚提取量为(60.25±1.22)mg/g。In order to enrich the utilization of comprehensive resources of Cunninghamia lanceolata,it provides certain research ideas for the forestry circular economy,ultrasonic extraction method was used to measure the yield of polyphenols by using Cunninghamia lanceolata cone scales as the raw material. The ultrasonic power,extraction time,liquid-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and ethanol concentration were the influencing factors,and the experimental scheme was designed by a response surface method.The process parameters were further optimized.The experimental parameters predicted by the theoretical experiment were:extraction time 15.005 min,extraction temperature 70 ℃,ethanol concentration 56.239%,liquid-to-liquid ratio100:1,ultrasonic power 100 W,and the measured polyphenol extraction amount was(63.24±5.85)mg/g.Finally,the process parameters were as follows:extraction time 15 min,liquid-to-liquid ratio 100:1,ethanol concentration 60%,extraction temperature 60 ℃,and polyphenol extraction amount(60.25±1.22)mg/g.
