摘　　要：目前包装行业内全自动纸箱包装机的应用非常广泛,特别是在啤酒饮料制造业中,包装机的纸板装载一直以来都是人工操作,科技含量低且劳动强度偏高,导致员工流失率走高,为此借鉴国外的类似案例和国内的机床上下料装置原理,与上海佳万公司共同开发新型纸板卸垛机来替代目前的人工加纸板,已经在中国达能饮料工厂的12条生产线成功运行,实现了包装机的机器上料,每班减少1名岗位用工人数。实践证明这种新型纸板卸垛机运行可靠、维护简单,填补了国内空白,经济效益显著。At present,the full-automatic carton packaging machine is widely used in the packaging industry.Especially in the beer and beverage manufacturing industry,the cardboard loading of the packaging machine has always been manually operated.The low technology content and high labor intensity have led to a higher staff turnover rate.For this reason,we combine the learning from similar cases abroad and domestic machine tool loading and unloading device together,and cooperate with Shanghai Joywin company to develop a new type of cardboard unstacker to replace the current manpower.It has been successfully operated in 12 production lines of Danone beverage factory in China.The automation cardboard feeding of the packaging machine has been realized,and the number of workers in each shift has been reduced by one.The practice has proved that the new type of cardboard unstacker is reliable in operation,simple in maintenance,and fills the gap in China with remarkable economic benefits.
