摘  要:随着信息技术革命的到来,高新技术产业在综合国力竞争中起着愈发重要的作用。文章梳理了中外学者关于高新技术产业研发效率的文献,选取研发人员全时当量和研发支出作为投入指标,专利数量、主营业务收入和新产品带来的收入作为产出指标,采用DEA模型对我国高新技术产业研发效率和研发投入冗余度进行分析。研究发现,我国各地区研发效率普遍低下,研发人员和研发支出投入过多。With the advent of the information technology revolution,high-tech industries play an increasingly important role in the competition of comprehensive national strength.This paper combs the literature of Chinese and foreign research scholars on the research and development efficiency of high-tech industries,selects the full-time equivalent of R&D personnel and internal R&D expenditure as input indicators,and the number of patents,main business income and income from new products as output indicators,analyzes the research and development efficiency and R&D investment redundancy of China's high-tech industry by using DEA model.The study found that R&D efficiency in all regions of China is generally low,and R&D personnel and internal R&D expenditures are excessive.
