摘 要:为了研究出行者关于电动自行车和机动车的出行方式选择行为以及路径选择行为,文章基于非线性互补方法构建了考虑电动自行车与机动车的用户均衡模型。该模型探讨了出行时间与损失成本对出行者出行选择的影响,同时分别构建了机非分隔与机非混合情形下的各方式路段出行时间函数。算例结果表明模型的分配结果满足用户均衡原则,验证了模型的有效性和准确性,同时通过分析得出实行机非分隔可以显著减少系统总旅行时间。The popularity of electric bicycle in China makes it a common transportation mode.However,scant studies have analyzed the travel choice behavior of electric bicycle users.To estimate the mode choice behavior and route choice behavior of vehicles and electric bicycles,a user equilibrium model formulated as a complementarity problem is proposed.This model considers the impacts of route travel time and out-of-pocket cost on travelers’ route choice.Further,link time cost functions are developed with and without physical separation between the vehicle lane and the bicycle lane.A numerical example is used to validate the proposed model.Results verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed model since they satisfy the principle of user equilibrium,and also show that the total system travel time can be reduced significantly through physical separation of vehicle lane from the electric bicycle lane to minimize their mutual interference.
