摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式在泌尿外科教学中的应用效果。方法以2018年1月—2019年6月在苏州大学附属第一医院泌尿外科实习的100名实习规培生作为主要研究对象,根据实习规培生入科时间的先后顺序进行分组,每组50名。对照组运用传统带教,观察组运用翻转课堂教学,比较两组的考核成绩和实习规培生满意度。结果出科考核时,观察组实习规培生的理论知识、操作技能、综合素养能力考核得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;相比于对照组,观察组实习规培生对于带教工作的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义。结论在泌尿外科教学中应用翻转课堂教学模式可增强实习规培生的操作技能掌握程度,提高实习规培生的综合能力,同时可提高实习规培生的满意度,具备临床应用和推广价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of flipping classroom teaching mode in urology teaching.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,100 internship students from the Department of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,were selected as the main research subjects.Each group was divided according to the order of the internship rules.50 cases each.The control group used the traditional teaching,and the observation group used the flip classroom teaching to compare the assessment scores of the two groups and the satisfaction of the trainees.Results When the examination was conducted,the theoretical knowledge,operational skills and comprehensive literacy assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the observation group practiced the student’s satisfaction of teaching work was higher,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of the flip classroom teaching mode in urology teaching can enhance the mastery of the operational skills of the internship students,improve the comprehensive ability of the internship students,and improve the satisfaction of the internship students,with clinical application and promotion value.
