摘 要:目的评价循证检验医学结合PBL教学模式在医学检验临床实践过程中的教学效果。方法随机将2016—2018级的80名实习学生分为两组,每组40名,实验组采用循证检验医学结合PBL教学,对照组采用传统讲授式教学,实习结束后,通过理论知识、实践运用及调查问卷等形式对教学效果评估。结果实验组理论考试、能力评估和调查问卷反馈结果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组的实践操作考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论循证检验医学结合PBL教学对于提升医学检验实习生整体素质具有非常重要的意义,并且能够提高带教老师的教学质量和水平,达到教与学的双赢效果。Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of evidence-based laboratory medicine combined with PBL teaching mode in the clinical practice of medical testing.Methods Randomly divided 80 internship students from 2016 to 2018 into two groups,40 ineach group.The experimental group used evidence-based laboratory medicine combined with PBL teaching.The control group used traditional teaching-style teaching.After the internship,the teaching effect was evaluated through theoretical knowledge,practical application and questionnaire.Results The theoretical test,ability assessment and questionnaire feedback of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the practice test scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based laboratory medicine combined with PBL teaching is of great significance for improving the overall quality of medical test interns,and can improve the quality and level of teaching with teachers,and achieve a win-win effect of good teaching and learning.
