摘　　要：随着2018年我国《刑事诉讼法》修订以后正式确立“认罪认罚从宽”原则,我国形成了审前分流与审判分流并重的多层次诉讼体系,进一步推动公诉权运行方式的发展。最高人民检察院提出了“健全与多层次诉讼体系相适应的公诉模式”这一改革任务。公诉模式转型的时代内涵及其改革趋向是多方面的,比如,包含了公诉理念、公诉活动繁简分流、公诉裁量权,等等。以认罪认罚从宽制度的建立和完善为重点的公诉模式转型,实质上是探讨定罪请求权、量刑请求权、不起诉裁量权的新变化,以及与之相应的若干规则的完善。通过深刻把握多层次诉讼体系语境下公诉模式转型的特点及其内涵,才能有效提升检察改革质量、推动检察职能履行。With the 2018 Criminal Procedure Law officially establishing the principle of"lenience based on the admission of guilt and acceptance of punishment"China has formed a multi-level litigation system with equal emphasis on cases separation prior to the trial and during the trial and further promoted the development of the operation mode of public prosecution.The Supreme People's Procuratorate put forward the reform task of"improving the public prosecution mode that is compatible with the multi-level litigation system".The epochal connotation and reform trends of transformation of the public prosecution mode are multifaceted for example the concept of public prosecution the separation between complex and simple activities of public prosecution the discretionary power of public prosecution and so on.Profoundly influenced by the system of lenience based on the admission of guilt and acceptance of punishment to grasp the key context of the transformation of the public prosecution mode is essentially to explore the new changes in the right to request a conviction the right to request a sentence the non-prosecution discretionary power and the improvement of several corresponding rules.By profoundly grasping the characteristics and connotation of the transformation of the public prosecution mode in the context of the multi-level litigation system we can effectively improve the quality of prosecutorial reform and promote the performance of the prosecutorial functions.
