摘  要:针对毫米波引信射频前端在复杂电磁环境下易受干扰的问题,使用场路联合的方法对其前门耦合效应进行研究。通过电磁仿真软件模拟引信天线在超宽带高功率微波环境下天线的耦合效应,并对不同脉宽、不同距离下的耦合电压进行数值分析;通过电路设计软件对RF前端电路进行注入实验,结合仿真数据分析RF前端损伤机理。结果表明,当辐照场强为100 kV/m、信号脉宽为0.05 ns时,耦合中频输出信号峰值电压可达1.8 V,对引信末端可靠性造成严重威胁。所得结论不仅完善了引信高功率微波效应理论,还为RF前端防护提供了理论依据。Aiming at the problem that the RF front-end of millimeter-wave fuze is susceptible to interference in the complex electromagnetic environment,the front-door coupling effect of millimeter-wave fuze is studied by field-circuit combination method.The electromagnetic simulation software is used to simulate the coupling effect of the fuze antenna under the ultra-wide band high-power microwave environment,and the coupling voltage under different pulse widths and distances is numerically analyzed.The RF front-end circuit is injected by the circuit design software,and the damage mechanism of the RF front-end is analyzed by simulation data.The results show that when the irradiation field is 100 kV/m and the signal pulse width is 0.05 ns,the peak voltage of the coupled IF output signal can reach 1.8 V,which poses a serious threat to the reliability of the fuze terminal.The conclusion not only perfects the theory of high-power microwave effect of fuze,but also provides a theoretical basis for RF front-end protection.
