CT联合超声检查诊断侵犯右心系统的子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨CT联合超声检查对侵犯右心系统的子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析20例经病理证实的侵犯右心系统的子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病的CT及超声检查术前诊断结果,并与病理结果对比。结果17例通过CT并超声检查术前诊断为侵犯右心系统的子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病与病理结果一致性为100%,1例仅行CT检查和2例仅行超声检查的病例均未在术前做出正确的诊断。结论CT联合超声检查对于诊断侵犯右心系统的子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病较单独行CT或超声检查的诊断率高,并可以对术前手术评估提供重要的参考价值,在临床工作中值得推广。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT combined with ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine intravenous leiomyomatosis invading the right heart system.Methods We retrospectively analyed of 20 cases of pathologically confirmed uterine intravenous leiomyomatosis invading the right heart system by CT and ultrasound preoperative diagnosis,and compared with pathological results.Results The consistency of 17 cases of uterine venous leiomyomatosis diagnosed as a violation of the right heart system by CT and ultrasonography was 100%.That one case was only subjected to CT and two cases were only to ultrasound were not made a correct diagnosis before surgery.Conclusion CT combined with ultrasonography has a high diagnostic rate for the diagnosis of uterine venous leiomyomatosis invading the right heart system compared with CT or ultrasonography alone,and can provide important reference value for preoperative surgical evaluation.It should be promoted in clinical work.
