摘　　要：目前高职高专普遍存在生源多层次、人才培养模式多元化、师生比不足、辅导员流动过快等现象,导致高职高专学习连贯性、学生管理等方面均存在不足。基于以上问题,通过对人才培养模式的有效探索和实践,提出伙伴式协同发展人才培养模式新思路,摸索一套科学有效的教学管理、学生管理模式,为专业人才培养保驾护航。The current situation of higher vocational education is characterized by students from different academic levels,increasingly diversified cultivation modes,imbalance of the student-faculty ratio,and frequent resignation of student counselors,which,altogether,result in the inconsistency of the talents cultivation and the insufficiency in student management.Based on the above consideration,the authors explore different talents cultivation modes and put forward a new one of collaborative development of partnership,with the aim to provide reference for the better development of higher vocational education.
