摘  要:探索动态吸振器对多自由度系统的影响,在工程实践中应用动力吸振器控制振动噪声有着重要的指导意义。建立一个带阻尼多自由度振动系统的动力学方程,接着应用线加速度法求解到系统的多个传递函数。然后分别将动力吸振器的阻尼比和质量作为变量,分析两个参数对动力吸振器振动控制效果的影响。随着阻尼比增加对目标峰值衰减程度变化不大,然而新生成的峰值随着阻尼的增加有显著减小;动力吸振器的质量越大,对目标频率的衰减也越大,同时新峰值频率也越偏离目标频率。建议吸振器的阻尼比控制在6%~8%之间,同时质量最好控制在20%~40%目标件质量。Exploring the influence of dynamic vibration absorber on multi-degree-of-freedom system has important guiding significance for the application of dynamic vibration absorber to control vibration and noise in engineering practice. A dynamic equation of damped multi degree of freedom vibration system is established, and then multiple transmission functions are solved by linear acceleration method. Then, the damping ratio and the mass of the dynamic vibration absorber are taken as variables. The influence of two parameters on the vibration control effect of the dynamic absorber is analyzed. With the increase of damping ratio, the attenuation of the peak value of the target has little change, but the new peak value decreases with the increase of damping. The larger the mass of the state absorber is, the greater the attenuation of the target frequency, and the more the new peak frequency also deviates from the target frequency. It is suggested that the damping ratio of the absorber can be controlled between 6%~8%, and the quality is best controlled by the quality of 20%~40% target parts.
