摘　　要：目的:研究阿替普酶静脉溶栓与非溶栓治疗急性脑梗死对神经功能的改善效果。方法:2017年6月-2018年8月收治急性脑梗死患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。参照组采用常规方式治疗,试验组采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前NIHSS、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗后NIHSS评分显著低于参照组,ADL评分显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死具有显著疗效,能够有效改善神经功能,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To study the effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis and non thrombolytic therapy on the improvement of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from June 2017 to August 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine methods,and the experimental group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis with ateplase.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The NIHSS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous thrombolysis with ateplase has a good effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the neurological function and improve the quality of life of patients.
