摘 要:目的在仿生条件(37℃,1 atm,pH 6.0)下,以有机大分子明胶为模板,探究不同反应时长对合成的类釉质样氟磷灰石(FA)晶体形态变化及排列的影响。方法在仿生条件下构建形貌类釉质样结构的仿生材料-FA晶体,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和X光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对不同时间合成的晶体形貌及结构进行表征。结果最终合成所得晶体确定为FA晶体,且随着反应时间的延长,其形态由不规则球形颗粒状逐渐转变为有序排列的规则六棱柱样棒状晶体。结论在仿生条件下,以明胶为模板构建的类釉质样FA表面形貌与自然釉质更相似、结构更稳定,以期用于牙体缺损修复。Objective Under the condition of biomimetic conditions,organic macromolecular gelatin was used as a template to investigate the effects of different reaction durations on the morphological changes and arrangement of synthetic enamel-like fluoroapatite(FA)crystals.Methods A biomimetic material similar to the enamel-like structure,fluoroapatite(FA)crystal,was synthesized under the condition of biomimetic conditions(37℃,1 atm,pH 6.0)using field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X.X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were used to characterize the crystal morphology and structure synthesized at different times.Results The crystal obtained by the synthesis was determined to be a FA crystal.As the reaction time prolongs,the morphology gradually changes from spherical particles to clusters of regular hexagonal prismatic rod-like crystals.Conclusion Under the bionic conditions,the surface morphology of enamel-like fluoroapatite synthesized by gelatin as template is more similar to natural enamel and the structure is more stable,so as to be used for the restoration of dental defects.
