摘　　要：目的观察经皮无水乙醇滴注治疗化脓性肝脓肿(pyogenic hepatic abscess,PHA)的效果和并发症。方法经皮无水乙醇滴注治疗巴马小型猪PHA,观察治疗效果和并发症。结果经皮无水乙醇滴注治疗巴马小型猪PHA 2次14 d后,3头巴马小型猪均达到了成功治疗的标准,耐受性好,未出现并发症。结论经皮无水乙醇滴注治疗PHA安全有效,无并发症发生。该方法可能解决了稠厚脓液的抽吸和抗生素选择的双重难题,也许能够成为治疗PHA的新模式。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and complications of alcoholization for pyogenic hepatic abscess(PHA)in Bama minipigs.Methods PHAs were prospectively treated by ultrasound-guided percutaneous instillation of absolute alcohol in the abscess cavity,the therapeutic effect and complications were observed.Results The criteria for considering a successful intervention were met in all minipigs subsequent to alcoholization twice within 14 days.The procedures were well tolerated in all minipigs,and there were no alcoholic adverse effects or procedure-associated complications.Conclusion The ultrasound-guided percutaneous alcoholization is a safe and effective procedure to manage PHA.The problems of thick pus aspiration and selection of an appropriate antibiotic observed in other treatments are resolved effectively by alcoholization.This technique may reduce the treatment period and possibly become a novel strategy for the management of PHA.
