摘　　要：在资产与产权变动过程中,国有大型集团企业因其经营管理上的特点,档案处置较其他企业更为复杂,且面临着制度依据不够细化、全宗理念与实际工作存在矛盾、前端控制不到位、处置工作机制不健全等若干突出问题。在遵循国家有关规定的前提下,结合企业实际细化了在资产划转、企业改制等新业态下的档案归属流向,总结提出了档案处置工作的实施路径。the disposal of archives in the change of state-owned enterprises assets is faced with many prominent problems,such as the system basis is not detailed enough,theory differs from practice,the management mechanism is not sound,the disposal work mechanism is not perfect.Comply with relevant state regulations,based on actual situation,the paper discuss the disposal of archives under the new situation,and put forward the solutions.
