摘  要:高架站作为高速铁路轨道系统中的最敏感区段之一,对其进行长期安全监测至关重要.在监测中,大量布设传感器既导致成本高昂,又造成设备的冗余和浪费.为此,通过对长期监测数据进行分析,建立多种数学模型对监测指标与温度、监测指标与空间位置的相关关系进行研究,并基于此提出一套针对高架站轨道系统的测点优化布置建议.研究结果表明,钢轨纵向应力、尖轨纵向位移等指标受温度累积效应影响明显,与轨温序列具有较强的线性相关性,故可利用轨温数据建立多元线性回归模型进行估算;轨下结构相对位移受空间位置、约束条件影响较大,可根据测点间的线性换算关系建立关联模型,以减少同类测点的布置;经过优化布置,测点量可由38个降至17个,能够为改善高架站轨道系统测点冗余问题提供指导.As one of the most sensitive sections in the high-speed railway track system,elevated station requires long-term safety monitoring.However,the placement of a large number of sensors leads to high cost,redundancy and waste of equipment.Therefore,this paper establishes various mathematical models to study the correlation between monitoring indexes and temperature,monitoring indexes and spatial position respectively by analyzing long-term monitoring data.On this basis,a set of optimal placement suggestions for the measuring points of the elevated station track system are proposed.The results show that the indexes,such as rail longitudinal stress and switch rail longitudinal displacement,are strongly influenced by the cumulative effect of temperature and have a clear linear correlation with the rail temperature sequence,so the rail temperature data can be used to establish multiple linear regression models for estimation.The relative displacement of the structure under track is greatly influenced by the spatial location and constraint conditions,therefore,the correlation models can be built according to the linear conversion relation among measurement points,thus reducing the number of similar points to be placed.By optimizing the placement of measuring points,the number of measuring points can be reduced from 38 to 17,which can provide guidance for downsizing the redundant measuring points in elevated station track system.
