摘  要:由于新旧传染病的腹背夹击,严重影响着人们的生命健康,因此应重视对传染病人才的培养,但我国在传染病教学方面存在着教材滞后、临床病例缺少、教师经验不足等问题,直接影响我国传染病人才的培养水平。本文对这些问题进行深入剖析,并针对性提出强化师资力量、整合教学资源、融合现代手段、重视交叉教学等传染病教学改革的策略,以期能够对提升传染病人才培养水平有所帮助。Due to the attack of new and old infectious diseases,which seriously affects people′s life and health,it is necessary to pay attention to the talent cultivation of infectious diseases.However,there are problems such as lags in teaching materials,lack of clinical cases,and insufficient teacher experience in the teaching,it influence the level of the talent cultivation of infectious diseases in China.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of these issues,and pro-poses strategies to strengthen the teaching resources,integrate teaching resources,integrate modern means,and pay at-tention to the teaching reform of infectious diseases such as cross-teaching,in order to help improve level of the talent cultivation of infectious diseases.
