摘 要:在现象学方法论指导下,综合借鉴Pollio、克拉克·穆斯塔卡斯的现象学研究方法和分析技术,结合范梅南现象学还原步骤,悬置前见,回到问题本身。选取河南、山东、江苏、四川、重庆、广东、河北等地43名初中体育教师进行非结构访谈,对体育教师阻抗现象展开研究。结果发现,在新课程改革中部分体育教师尤其是老教师存在阻抗现象,表现为对课程改革的不认同、被动跟随或者消极懈怠。引起阻抗的主要因素有:课改中的现实问题与压力、职业地位得不到尊重与肯定、专业发展得不到很好的帮助以及教师自身问题等。研究认为:体育教师在《体育与健康课程标准》实施中的阻抗并非源自课程标准本身,而是由于面对变革应对能力欠缺而产生心理压力与心理问题以及对课程改革进程中问题的不满。Based on the phenomenological methodology,useing Pollio,Mousta-kas,C's integrated phenomenological research methods and analysis technology for reference,combined with MaxvanManen's phenomenological reduction steps,epoché,back to the problem themselves,this paper selected 43 junior middle school PE teachers from Henan,Shandong,Jiangsu,Sichuan,Chongqing,Guangdong and Hebei province to conduct non-structural interviews and study the impedance of them.It is found that some PE teachers,especially the old teachers,do have impedance in the new curriculum reform,which manifests as the disapprobation and passive following during the curriculum reform,or listless during work.The main factors that caused impedances were:the real problems and stresses in curriculum reform,the lack of respect and recognition to PE teachers’professional status and the lack of useful help for their professional development,as well as the problems of the teachers themselves.The research found that PE teachers'impedance is not derived from curriculum standard itself,but because of in the face of changing,they are lack of response capacity,that's caused psychological pressure and mental problems as well as the discontent to the problems in the process of the curriculum reform.
