摘 要:以机械密封常用补偿元件焊接金属波纹管为研究对象,对单双层焊接金属波纹管进行分析,通过试验测出了单双层波纹管在周期性载荷作用下的轴向刚度及其自由高度,并采用ANSYS Workbench对两种波纹管的疲劳寿命进行辅助验证。对比分析后得出结论,单层波纹管的刚度不如双层波纹管的稳定,但单层波纹管的疲劳寿命高于双层波纹管的。Through taking the commonly-used welding metal corrugated pipe with mechanical compensation as the object of study, the single and double-layer welded metal bellows were analyzed;and through the test, both axial stiffness and free height of single and double layer bellows under cyclic loading was measured and ANSYS Workbench was adopted to verify the fatigue life of these two bellows. Comparative analysis shows that, the single-layer bellow’s stiffness is not as stable as that of double-layer one, but its fatigue life outperforms that of the double-layer bellow.
