摘　　要：目前中国经济发展迅速,外籍游客的增多给景区的导游讲解带来了更大的压力。针对景区目前对外籍游客讲解服务欠缺的问题,本文从外籍旅游者视角入手,分析了旅游者游览需求,针对沈阳故宫和张氏帅府的特点规划设计了景区智能讲解导游服务系统,策划了系统功能,并对系统进行了评估。At present,China’s economy is developing rapidly,and the increase of foreign tourists has brought more pressure to tour guides’interpretation in scenic spots.In view of the lack of service for explaining to foreign tourists in scenic spots,this paper starts from the perspective of foreign tourists,analyses tourists’demand,and plans for the characteristics of Mukden Palace and Commander Zhang’s Mansion.The intelligent tour guide service system for scenic spots is designed,the system functions are planned,and the system is evaluated.
