摘　　要：云技术的大规模应用,网络传输速度的提升,以及移动互联技术的发展,给传统移动学习带来了新的教学价值。除了给个人、学校、社会带来更多的移动学习应用,还创新性地变革了以往的学习模式与人才培养模式。基于云教育平台的移动学习由过去单一的呈现信息的网站,变成了一个教育信息化服务平台,大大提高了学习者的学习主动性与学习效率。The large-scale application of cloud technology,the improvement of network transmission speed,and the development of mobile internet technology bring new teaching value to traditional mobile learning.In addition to bringing more mobile learning applications to individuals,schools and society,it also innovatively changes the previous learning and personnel training models.Mobile learning based on cloud education platform has changed from a single website presenting information in the past to an education information service platform,greatly improving learners’learning initiative and learning efficiency.
