摘　　要：目的了解已婚育龄男性泌尿生殖道人乳头瘤病毒感染(HPV)的情况,探讨可能的影响因素,为开展HPV预防提供科学依据。方法采用分阶段整群抽样的方法,选择上海市松江区的工厂、企事业单位和服务场所的18~50岁的已婚育龄男性,对其进行结构式问卷调查,并采集泌尿生殖道分泌物标本,进行人乳头瘤病毒的检测。结果本研究共纳入473名已婚育龄男性,HPV感染率为2.75%,其中有1例(0.21%)为双重感染(检出68和70两种HPV亚型)。吸烟者的HPV感染率(4.17%)略高于不吸烟者(1.56%)。结论上海松江地区已婚育龄男性的HPV感染率较低。但是吸烟可能是HPV感染的危险因素,其深层次原因仍需进一步探索。Objective To understand the prevalence of reproductive(urogenital)tract infections of human papilloma virus(HPV)among married men of reproductive age,and to explore some influencing factors so as to provide some strategies for the future prevention.Methods Six research sites in Songjiang District,Shanghai,were selected,including two factories,two enterprises and two service places.Married men aged 18 to 50 were surveyed by structured questionnaire and the clinical and laboratory examination were carried out among all eligible subjects.Results A total of 473 married men were recruited in this study.The prevalence of HPV was 2.75%.There was one man with HPV 68 and 70,and the double-infection rate was 0.21%.Univariate analysis showed that smokers had higher(4.17%)infection of HPV than no-smokers(1.56%).Conclusion The prevalence of HPV was lower among married men of reproductive age in Songjiang,Shanghai.However,smoking might be a risk factor for HPV infection,and the underlying causes still need to be further explored.
