摘　　要：目的探讨行动研究在非肿瘤科护士化疗防护中的实践效果。方法对23名非肿瘤科护士化疗防护中的问题进行识别,再按照计划-行动-观察-反思的螺旋循环过程,基于循证构建化疗防护方案,并经过2轮行动方案的实践,观察化疗防护方案的实施效果。结果第二循环后,非肿瘤科护士化疗防护知识、态度、行为得分以及医院安全氛围得分明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范非肿瘤科护士化疗防护方案,可提高其化疗防护水平,改善医院安全氛围,为化疗防护教育提供参考依据。Objective To explore the practice effect about the scheme of chemotherapy protection based on action research. Methods Identify the problems in the chemotherapy protection of 23 non-oncology nurses,then according to the spiral cycle process of plan-act-obsreve-reflect,the scheme of chemotherapy protection was constructed based on evidence.The program was practiced for 2 rounds to observe its effect.Results After the second cycle, the level of knowledge, attitude, practice and the scores of hospital safety climate was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions Regulating the scheme of chemotherapy protection on non-onchology department can obviously improve the level of chemotherapy protection and the safety of the hospital, and to provide the theoretical basis for the related training.
