摘  要:目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)水平与脑微出血(CMBs)的相关性。方法选取2017年3月至2018年12月在淄博市中心医院接受治疗的发病时间在3d内的ACI患者165例,通过磁敏感加权成像确定CMBs的存在,采用颗粒增强透射免疫比浊法检测血清CysC的水平。结果ACI后CMBs组患者年龄、血压、超敏C反应蛋白、CysC及同型半胱氨酸(Hey)水平均较对照组高,其中CysC及Hey是ACI患者存在脑微出血的独立危险因素。结论CysC可以作为评价ACI后脑微出血存在的重要指标,且其与Hey的相互作用在ACI后脑微出血的发生中有一定的作用。Objective To observe the correlation between serum cystatin C(CysC)level and cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)in patients with acute ischemic stroke(ACI).Methods 165 patients with ACI who received treatment in our hospital within 3 days from March 2017 to December 2018 were selected o The existence of CMBs was confirmed by magnetic sensitive weighted imaging,and the CysC level was determined by particle enhanced transmission immunoturbidimetric assay.Results Age,the level of blood pressure level,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,CysC and homocysteine(Hey)were higher in the CMBs group than the control group.CysC and Hey are independent risk factors for microbleeds in patients with ACI. Conclusion CysC can be used as an important evaluation index for the existence of cerebral microbleeds after ACI,and its interaction with Hey plays a certain role in the occurrence of cerebral microbleeds after ACI.
