摘  要:以某型双梁门式起重机结构为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件ANSYSAPDL建立参数化模型。在优化设计软件ISIGHT中进行试验设计,使用MATLAB软件完成基于神经网络的遗传算法门式起重机结构优化设计。优化结果表明相应的轻量化效果明显,其结构自重减轻约24.5%。此方法具有高效、易实施等优势。Taking configuration of a certain double beam gantry crane as researching object,parameterization model has been established by finite element analysis software ANSYSAPDL.Furthermore the model has been conducted experiment design by optimization design software ISIGHT,meanwhile structure optimization design of gantry crane based on neural network genetic algorithm has been completed by MATLAB software.The optimized result showed that corresponding lightweight effects of about 24.5%self-weight cutting was evident.It was proved that the optimization method has advantages of high efficiency and well operation.
