中美高校图书馆电子服务质量对比研究

摘　　要：文章通过对相关文献进行系统性梳理,选取合适的指标,并利用ANP计算权重,构建了高校图书馆电子服务质量评价模型,并以此为基础分析中美两国不同梯队的代表性高校图书馆的电子服务质量。通过进行横向、纵向兼具的对比研究,总结了中美高校图书馆电子服务质量的差别,并对中国高校图书馆的电子服务发展提出了一些可行性建议。Through in-depth review of relevant literature,the paper establishes the e-service quality evaluation system of university libraries by selecting appropriate indicators and using ANP to calculate weights.On basis of this,the paper analyzes the e-service quality of different echelons of representative university libraries in China and the United States,as well as concludes their differences through the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis and puts forward some suggestions on the development paths of e-services in Chinese university libraries.
