血清EGFL7蛋白与EB病毒标志物在鼻咽癌诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻咽癌患者血清中的表皮生长因子样结构域7(EGFL7)、EBV-DNA和血清病毒衣壳蛋白抗原IgA(viralcapsid antigen-IgA,VCA-IgA)的水平,并探索其在鼻咽癌诊断中的价值。方法:选取鼻咽癌复发患者38例(转移患者18例,未转移患者20例),EBV抗体阳性人群30例,正常健康体检人群20例,分别采用ELISA法及PCR法进行检测,并进行分析。结果:鼻咽癌组EGFL7、EBV-DNA和VCA-IgA和水平均显著高于EBV抗体阳性组及健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。已转移的鼻咽癌患者其血清EGFL7蛋白、EBV-DNA和VCA-IgA水平则显著高于未转移的鼻咽癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼻咽癌组患者血清VCA-IgA和EGFL7表达呈显著正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EGFL7蛋白在诊断鼻咽癌转移与否及与EBV-DNA联合检测对鼻咽癌的早期诊断均有一定价值。Objective To investigate the levels of EGFL7,EBV-DNA and serum capsid antigen-IgA(VCA-IgA)in serum of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and to explore its value in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method A total of 38 patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed and treated were enrolled in our department(18 patients with metastasis and 20 patients without metastasis),30 patients with positive EBV antibody,and 20 healthy people.For example,ELISA and PCR were used for detection and analysis.Results The levels of EGFL7,EBV-DNA and VCA-IgA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in EBV antibody positive group and healthy control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum EGFL7,EBV-DNA and VCA-IgA in patients with metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in non-metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between serum VCA-IgA and EGFL7 expression in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion EGFL7 protein has certain value in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis and combined detection with EBV-DNA for early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
