生态学视角下的高校意识形态阵地建设——以南京工业大学为例

摘　　要：高校是意识形态工作前沿阵地,通过调研,发现大多数学生认同我国现有主流价值体系,但同时发现高校主流意识形态阵地建设存在诸多不足。应加强高校党政领导、强化队伍建设、上好高校思政课、丰富校园文化、打造全新的校园融媒体平台,保证高校意识形态阵地的良性生态发展,确保党对高校意识形态工作的领导权。Colleges and universities are the frontier of ideological work.Through investigation,it is found that most students agree with the mainstream value system in our country,but at the same time,there are some shortcomings in the construction of the mainstream ideological position.We should strengthen the leadership of the Party and government in colleges and universities,strengthen the team building,do a good job in ideological and political courses,enrich campus culture,create a brand-new campus media platform,ensure the benign ecological development of ideological positions and the leadership of the Party in ideological work in colleges and universities.
