组合训练法在高校足球教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：随着教育体制改革的进行,高校足球教学模式也进行了创新,为足球的发展提供了助力。想要提升高校足球教学质量,就必须要从教学方法入手,组合训练法是现阶段足球教学常用的教学方法之一。本文首先介绍了足球训练的概念,然后分析了组合训练理论以及组合训练法的实施意义,在此基础上介绍了现阶段高校足球教学的基本情况,然后分析了现阶段高校足球训练中存在的问题,最后提出了组合训练法在高校足球教学中的实践应用。With the reform of the social education system,the teaching mode of football in colleges and universities has also been innovated,which has provided help for the development of football.In order to improve the quality of football teaching in colleges and universities,it is necessary to start with the teaching methods,and the combination training method is one of the commonly used teaching methods in football teaching at present.This paper first introduces the concept of football training,and then analyzes the combination training theory and the implementation significance of the combination training method.On this basis,it introduces the basic situation of football teaching in colleges and universities at the present stage.Then it analyzes the problems existing in college football training at present,and finally puts forward the practical application of combination training method in college football teaching.
