摘  要:微电子与集成电路专业具有明显的创新性和工程实践性,而开放实验室作为高校实践教学的主要基地,在为国家集成电路方面培养创新创业型人才方面发挥着不可估量的作用。经过多年的探索与实践,微电子学院的创新开放实验室开展了依托学科竞赛,以创新科研训练项目,借助校企联合培养基地为支撑的一系列实验室开放举措,构建学生自主管理新模式,不断促进实验室开放。实践表明,在充分发挥开放实验室自身优势的基础上,不断深化实验教学改革,构建全方位的实验室开放新模式,就能为社会培养出适应时代需要的优秀创新与创业型人才。Microelectronics and integrated circuit specialty has obvious innovation and engineering practice,and the open laboratory,as the main base of practical teaching in colleges and universities,plays an inestimable role in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the national integrated circuit.After many years of exploration and practice,the Innovation Laboratory of the Institute of Microelectronics has launched a series of laboratory opening initiatives,for example,relying on academic competitions,joint training bases for schools and enterprises,building a new model of open experimental management,and continuously promoting laboratory openness.Practice shows that,on the basis of giving full play to the advantages of the open laboratory,deepening the reform of experimental teaching and building an all-round open laboratory model can train outstanding innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the society.
