大型仪器在冶金工程本科实验教学中的应用

摘　　要：冶金工程实验中心承担着学院冶金工程本科生的全部专业教学实验课16门,并独立设课,但在实际的实验教学中应用大型仪器的课程只有4门,利用率不足1/5,大大减少了学生了解、操作、使用大型仪器的机会,而一些已开的大型仪器课程多为演示实验。因此,以冶金工程国家级教学示范中心为依托、冶金工程实验技术北京市精品课程建设为导向,结合冶金工程学科理论和工艺研究特点将大型仪器应用于本科实验教学中,并引入先进的样品预处理技术,完善大型仪器的分析流程,充分利用课程资源,更好地做到把创新创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程,从而达到更好的实验课堂教学效果。The Metallurgical Engineering Experiment Center undertakes all the specialized experimental courses(16 independent courses)for metallurgical engineering undergraduates.However,only four courses involve the application of large instruments,with the utilization rate less than 20%.It greatly reduces the opportunities for students to understand,operate,and use large instruments.Furthermore,most of the experimental courses involving large instruments just demonstrate how to use these instruments.To achieve better teaching effect in experimental courses,we combine the theories of metallurgical engineering with its technology research characteristics and apply large instruments in our undergraduate experimental teaching,relying on the National Teaching Demonstration Center of Metallurgical Engineering and guided by the Beijing excellent course"Metallurgical Engineering Experimental Technology".We also introduce advanced sample pre-processing skills and improve the analysis process of large instruments to make full use of curriculum resources in order to better infuse the educational idea of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the entire process of personnel training.
