摘　　要：目的研究钙蛋白酶-9(Calpain-9)蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法和免疫印迹法检测72例结肠癌患者的癌组织及癌旁组织中的Calpain-9和K-ras蛋白的表达情况,分析其与结肠癌临床病理指标的相关性。结果 Calpain-9在结肠癌组织中的阳性率较正常结肠黏膜组织显著降低,而K-ras表达水平在结肠癌中显著升高(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中Calpain-9表达与结肠癌组织学分化类型、临床分期以及远处转移有关(P<0.05),且与远处转移、K-ras表达水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 Calpain-9在结肠癌中的异常表达提示其可能参与了结肠癌的发生发展。Objective To study the expression of Calpain-9 protein in colon cancer and to explore its clinical significance.Methods The expressions of Calpain-9 and K-ras protein in 72 cases of colon cancer patients and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting,and their correlation with clinicopathological parameters of colon cancer was analyzed.Results The positive rate of Calpain-9 in colon cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal colonic mucosa tissues,while the expression level of K-ras was significantly increased in colon cancer(P<0.05).The expression of Calpain-9 in colon cancer tissues was related to the histological differentiation type,clinical stage and metastasis of colon cancer(P<0.05).Further analysis showed that the expression level of Calpain-9 in colon cancer tissues was negatively correlated with metastasis and K-ras expression levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of Calpain-9 in colon cancer suggests that it may be involved in the development of colon cancer.
