个性化工娱疗法在轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究个性化工娱疗法对轻中度阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者作用的效果。方法选择2017年2月~2019年2月收治的轻中度AD患者60例作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法将其等分成研究组和对照组。对照组接受常规干预,研究组在此基础上应用个性化工娱疗法。比较两组干预前后认知功能、日常生活活动能力、食欲情况。结果干预后研究组及对照组简明精神状态量表(MMSE)评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。干预后研究组及对照组日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.01)。干预后研究组及对照组神经精神问卷(NPI)均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组(均P<0.01)。干预后研究组及对照组食欲评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论个性化工娱疗法可显著改善轻中度AD患者的认知功能、日常生活活动能力以及食欲,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of recreation therapy on patients with mild to moderate alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods 60 mild to moderate AD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomized into study group and control group.Control group received routine intervention,while study group received routine intervention and recreation therapy.Changes in cognitive function,daily activities,appetite before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,MMSE(both P<0.05 or 0.01) and ADL(P<0.01) scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and study group was higher than control group.NPI after intervention was lower in groups than that before intervention,and study group was lower than the control group(both P<0.01).The appetite scores of groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and study group was higher than control group(both P<0.01).Conclusion Recreation therapy can significantly improve the cognitive function,daily activities,appetite in patients with mild to moderate AD.Its clinical application is worthy.
