摘　　要：针对拖拉机田间作业速度信息采集不到或者采集不准确等农机应用过程中的实际问题,基于工业控制计算机、数字量三轴加速度传感器以及增量编码器设计开发拖拉机作业速度实时检测装置,数字量加速度传感器通过串口通讯实时输出加速度数据信息,输入到工业控制计算机中,经卡尔曼滤波器算法处理后,积分计算得到速度信息。Aiming at the practical problems in the application of agricultural machinery,such as inaccurate or inaccurate collection of tractor field speed information,the real-time detection device for tractor operation speed was developed based on industrial control computers,digital triaxial acceleration sensors and incremental encoders.Acceleration sensors output acceleration data information in real time through serial communication,and input them into the industrial control computer.After processing by the Kalman filter algorithm,the velocity information is obtained by integral calculation.
