摘 要:主要对液压挖掘机工作装置进行了优化设计。通过结构及运动关系的数学推导,以铲斗挖掘力及斗杆挖掘力最大为优化目标,以闭锁力、整机稳定性、整机不滑动,工作装置几何关系为约束条件,建立了优化数学模型,调用Matlab优化工具箱中Fmincon函数对模型进行了优化分析。优化后工作装置最大铲斗挖掘力及最大斗杆挖掘力均有所提高,验证了优化的合理性同时为工作装置优化提供了一套有效可行方法。The working device of hydraulic excavator was optimized.Through mathematical derivation of structure and motion relationship,taking the maximum excavation force of bucket and bucket bar as the optimization objective,and taking the locking force,the stability of the whole machine,the non-sliding of the whole machine and the geometric relationship of the working device as constraints,the optimization mathematical model was established.Then the Fmincon function in the optimization toolbox of Matlab was used to optimize the model.After the optimization,the maximum bucket excavation force and the maximum bucket bar excavation force of the working device were improved,which verified the rationality of the optimization method.This study has provided an effective and feasible method for the optimization of the working device.
