摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子化-四级杆串联飞行时间质谱法(HPLC-ESI-QTOF-MS)高通量快速测定减肥保健食品中16种食欲抑制剂的含量。样品经甲醇超声萃取、Oasis MCX固相萃取柱净化,以甲醇和有乙酸铵溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,采用QTOF-MS质谱仪进行分析。结果表明:16种食欲抑制剂在1.0~100.0 ng/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数≥0.9995;方法检出限在0.03~0.30μg/kg,方法定量限在0.10~1.00μg/kg;加标回收率在91.7%~99.2%,相对标准偏差在1.1%~3.9%。A method of high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-QTOF-MS)was established to determine the content of 16 kinds of illegally adulterated appetite inhibitors in weight controlling health food.The samples were ultrasonic extracted by methanol,purified by the solid phase extraction column of Oasis MCX,gradient eluted with methanol and ammonium acetate solution as the mobile phase,and analyzed by QTOF-MS mass spectrometer.The results showed that the calibration curves of 16 kinds of appetite inhibitors were linear in the range of 1.0-100.0 ng/mL,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9995.The limits of quantitation were in the range of 0.03-0.30μg/kg,and the limits of detection were in the range of 0.10-1.00μg/kg.The average recoveries were in the range of 91.7%-99.2%,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.1%-3.9%.
