摘　　要：在开放式创新背景下,战略柔性不再是一种亲力亲为的创新行为,而是要寻找和发现外部有价值的信息,与外部的创新主体组成动态交互的创新网络。基于建构主义资源观,从智力资本构建的视角,本研究探索战略柔性对双向开放式创新的影响过程。基于176份珠三角的丨T企业数据的实证研究发现:(1)先动柔性和响应柔性对企业的双向开放式创新均存在显著正向影响;(2)先动柔性和响应柔性对企业智力资本的构建也均存在正向影响;(3)智力资本完全中介了响应柔性与内向型开放式创新之间的关系,而在先动柔性与双向开放式创新以及响应柔性与外向型开放式创新之间是部分中介作用。In order to adapt to dynamic changing environment, cultivation and development of strategic flexibility has become a crucial weapon for enterprises to gain the competitive advantage, grasp the ability to understand the environment and create new opportunities. Strategic flexibility refers to the realization of strategy-organization coordination through organizational structure and cross-functional communication in the process of strategy execution, which enables the organization to anticipate changes in the external environment as much as possible, quickly adjust resource allocation and coordination ability, reduce risks caused by strategic mistakes, and obtain better position. In uncertain market competition environment, maintain strategic flexibility helps enterprises in a shorter time and lower the cost of the change of the use of existing resources, acquisition, exchange, and continuously update the existing resources, to identify the underlying market opportunities, to determine the direction of resource allocation, to integrate internal and external resources, to form effective business model innovation, to create unique value, eventually obtaining competitive advantage.However, through literature review, it is found that the existing research on the relationship between strategic flexibility and open innovation still has the following two research gaps. On the one hand, most of the existing researches only focus on inbound open innovation, and relatively ignore the generation process and influence mechanism of outbound open innovation. Based on the difference of knowledge flow direction,Chesbrough and Crowther divided Open Innovation into two types: Inbound Open Innovation and Outbound Open Innovation. Inbound innovation refers to the process in which an enterprise integrates valuable external knowledge, ideas and technologies into its internal innovation and commercialization, while outbound open innovation refers to the enterprise actively exports internal knowledge, ideas and technologies to the outside
