胃癌中Ebp1与p53蛋白表达的相关性及其临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]分析胃癌中Ebp1与p53蛋白表达的相关性,并探讨其在胃癌发生、发展过程中的作用和临床病理学意义.[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法分别检测56例胃癌组织及其癌旁组织中Ebp1与p53蛋白的表达情况.[结果]胃癌组织中Ebp1与p53蛋白表达阳性率分别为26.8%和53.6%,胃癌组织中Ebp1与p53蛋白水平表达均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05).胃癌组织中Ebp1与p53蛋白表达均与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无相关性,但与肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移有相关性.胃癌组织中Ebp1与p53蛋白表达间呈正相关(P<0.05).[结论]Ebp1在胃癌中的表达增加认为可能与p53有关系,提示胃癌的发生发展与转移过程中Ebp1和p53同时发挥重要作用,p53联合Ebp1蛋白检测有助于胃癌转移及预后的判断.OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation of Ebp1and p53 protein expression in gastric carcinoma and explore their roles in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma and its clinical pathological significance.METHODSImmunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of Ebp1and p53protein in 56gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues.RESULTS The positive expression rates of Ebp1and p53in gastric carcinoma tissues were 26.8%and 53.6%respectively.The expression levels of p53 and Ebp1protein in the gastric carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of Ebp1and p53in gastric carcinoma tissues were not correlated with gender,age or tumor size,but with tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis.There was a positive correlation between Ebp1and p53protein expression in gastric carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONOverexpression of Ebp1in gastric carcinoma was believed to be related to p53,which suggested that Ebp1and p53might play important roles in the occurrence,development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.The combined detection of p53and Ebp1in gastric carcinoma was helpful to judge the metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
