摘 要:不锈钢以其耐低温、耐高温、耐腐蚀性等特殊性能在工业领域应用广泛。对于不锈钢产品焊缝的检验,除射线检测、常规超声检测外,相控阵超声检测也是一不错的选择。但不锈钢焊缝晶粒噪声、异质界面信号等对相控阵超声检测的影响却很大。本文以不锈钢(316L)焊缝相控阵超声检测为例,通过试验研究和数据对比阐述了检测方法并验证了不锈钢焊缝相控阵超声检测的可行性以及检测结果的可靠性。Stainless steel with good properties such as low temperature resistance»high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and so on has been used more and more in the industrial fields.Not only radiographic testing and conventional ultrasonic testing but also phased array ultrasonic testing would be a good option on the inspection of the stainless steel product welds.But the influence such as the grain noise and heterogeneous interface signals of the stainless steel weld to the phased array ultrasonic inspection work will be serious.The thesis mainly took the stainless steel(316L)phased array ultrasonic testing for example to describe the inspection technique and verify the feasibil让y and reliability of phased array ultrasonic testing on stainless steel welds by means of experimental study and data comparison.
